Dr. says exercise more, so i added a midweek class at Legacy. Nooner on a Wednesday. Saw lots of peeps from Sunday OM: BB Kris, BB Alan, BB Steve B, even ole BB Shark Mike from Street Sports, who got me with all three taps. 

Tech of Day: Half Guard sweep ... counter if they Back STep ... Butterfly hook with outside foot / i usually shovel torque w that foot, but instead go under with Hook. And can take the Back if they come back or if they don't, I can keep going and come up on top.
