Pretty pathetic. Sit up Guard to getting Passed. Stuck under Side. And Tapping. Sucks.
Should at least Pull Guard from Knees and practice High Guard. That would have been productive.
Black Chris - reminder on Back ESC ... hold my own gi collars so he get get grips. Tuck elbows. Fall at ankle not just to the side. Get my back on the mat and control that top leg so he doesn't transition to Mount. Could use some more drills on that.
