I. Hip Bump to Omoplata.
a. omo the other arm as the hip bump side.
II. var. from Omo - push over/kick over and roll him onto Side Control.
Got to roll with Coach twice - that usually never happens. Although second one was quick tap to a standing ankle lock.
Overall, not that great a session. Wouldn't say I sucked, but was in that ballpark. Looking for some EXCUSES, but I can't seem to find any.
No luck with the Faria Pass. I need to work on the Sky Standing Pass.
