Knee on Belly Esc - Knee Turn notes

  1. Turn into him, onto my side.
  2. Get my top leg between his legs.
  3. My top arm reaches over top of my leg, reaches behind my knee; my elbow clamps down on his knee.
  4. Other leg helps with Reverse Shrimp, turn back the other way.
