BB Tarca showed a Guard Pull to Butterfly Sweep Takedown. Make sure post foot on same side as you have arm/sleeve control, fall then hook/sweep with other foot.
BB Mike showed a Snap Down to Fireman Carry Takedown (one of my favs).
Not many peeps asking me to roll bc they are confused by my faded Brown Belt. It looks almost White. Or maybe a faded Black.
Def getting less rolls in, but that's ok bc i'm slowly working my way back into shape.
Doing better w/ my Half game, but still ways to go.
Need to work on Side ESC, Side top maintenance, Passing.
