Color Journey Update

  • Brown Belt -- March 2017 
  • Brown, 4th Stripe -- May 2019

So a Brown belt for 5 years now.

Lay-offs:
  • 6 months: injury + surgery on shoulder
  • 2 years: Just returned and a couple of sessions in -- Covid pandemic
  • 3 months: Omicron variant.
