If i had a dollar for every time someone asked me when i'm getting my black belt ... once and for all, i'm never getting my BB. I'm a brown ronin, not affiliated with any school, so there's no one who can promote me.
Tried to Bolo, failed miserably. Understandable, as i just started drilling it. Just put it in the drilling notebook.
Also tried Running Man Side ESC, failed.
All three taps to BB Uday, who said i've improved since four years ago when he first started rolling with me. Didn't realize it's been that long.
Rolled twice w BB Tim, who's about the same size n weight but his top pressure is much much heavier, and he usually let's me pass and works on his defense, which is very good. i can never get anything on him and usually just squirms or squirts out and recovers guard or gets top position. But i do incorporate some of his defensive techs and has made my defenses better.
