Back to our regular training program. This damn flu cost me three training sessions week before last.

BB Chris ... I. Mount to S Mount Armbar.

II. He gets double under on the S Mount ... counter and maintain by double collar grip and bail into Side Control.

Rolling with Purp David ... the Spider Guy ... strong grip and lots of feet pushing on my crooks and my arms and legs. Puzzle I haven't figured out yet. Might need to get a Leg Lock game to open him up a bit.
