Vince showed Ninja roll from Side ... top leg over his top, then switch to hook with BOTTOM leg, triangle/lockdown and reach for his leg with my other hand; that makes me roll over correct shoulder.
Started most of my rolls at Bottom Side Control ... keep doing it.
Vince tip vs flexible guys getting their legs under my armpit when i'm in Mount -- Seatbelt grip and crossface and my hips pressed down.
