Nine or 10 taps just to Brn Nick on the first flow warm up roll. He was just catching and releasing and going from the position.
BB Ray ... gave me tip on finishing the Step over Armbar from Side Control that i have been having so much trouble with.
a. Threaten the Breadcutter Choke, when he defends, get him on his side and Step over with the TOP leg first (that will prevent him from coming up, which i keep having to deal with)
BB Tarca ... he's back from injury and showed a sneaky sneaky armbar from Closed Guard.
a. cross collar grip and same side ELBOW grip on arm i'm attacking
b. get arm just a little across center line, get the same side Leg on his shoulder, then IN FRONT OF HIS FACE/NECK
c. switch from collar grip to wrist grip, pinch my knees together, bridge for finish.
Brn Wade ... man, he's always a couple of steps ahead of me. i'm always defending. he's got a good Butterfly Sweep, too.
