1. Control Elbow: His elbow INSIDE my hip / two on one grip (wrist and behind elbow) (2:00)
2. Control Head: Break posture with Collar Tie / Back of the head (2:33) ... ideally get his head over the elbow
3. get small angkle to get Top lock (aka Pitstop, High guard, Diamond etc) -- (2:40), (3:40)
4. Pivot, Hook arm and Underhook the leg (3:11)
B. Quick -- Closed Guard Arm Drag options
1. Wrist and cup Arm and his hand under my armpit (1:30) / come up on my HAND ... if he pulls out, HIP SWEEP
2. 1:55 -- Arm Drag, take the BACK / 2:30
* His REACTION / 2:50 lifts his foot, Swing leg over for Arm Bar
3:10 Drives shoulder down into me, Same deal, swing leg over for Arm Bar.
3:35 ... if he presses in, swing into Back Take
