a. jump opposite side as i'm facing
b. that side, post my hand on mat
c. other hand, under his thigh, jump up to Shoulder stand
d. come down on other side -- my knee tight against his HIP
e. with my other elbow, gather up his hip on other side, too.
II. var. Trap one Butterfly hook with two hands, then mini-hop
* Keep working on Closed Guard ... getting to Side and even to Back, but then getting stuck there. But progressing little by little.
