Back to the grind and so many Black Belts - 7 or 8 i think, and 5 Browns ... a couple of Purps and Blues but no Whites. 

Passing -- 20% improvement just from Shin to Shin practice, and didn't even get to attempt any Side Smash. that's next.

Work on: 

1. Armbar Breaks.

2. Side Attacks

3. Side to Mount Transitions.

4. Back Attack ... strait jacket

Both wrist bones sore from Footlocks and Heel hook attempts. 

Rolling with One hand Blue -- had Spider web armbar then he stood somehow and stacked me and i couldn't transition fast enough to roll under Armbar and had to tap bc he has crunching my back. So practice roll under Transition from Stack. 

Same roll - i tried a heel hook on him and he rolled three times and i followed, and we were about to crash into someone else and i let go, but i didn't finish bc i don't know what i'm doing in heel hooks and maintaining tight control to finish and stop the roll.
