Taps: 2. Total: 337.
Been 10 days since I last trained and it showed. I was a bit disjointed, and didn't feel like I had much timing and felt rusty.
Brown Vince taught the basic Flower Sweep. His main point was don't abandon it. When the guy inside Guard lifts his knee and you hook it and he counters by putting that knee back down and trapping your arm, most people just quit on the Flower Sweep. He said continue on and swing your leg like an armbar movement and the sweep will still work.
Second Technique: a Top Side Mount Drill -- where he shrimps, hip escapes and turns into me, I put my left arm on inside of his top arm, swing around to the other side for Side Control.
Personal Bonus from Vince: Grip fight and grip break.
