Tech 1 - Spider Pass/ Step Over.
1. Step over his grips, his head.
2. Slide down his body into Side Control.
Tech. 2. - DLR pseudo Omo to Back.
1. Left hand on his ankle, left leg wrapped around same side leg; right hand cross collar grip.
2. Right leg comes over my grip hand and over his other leg, pressures behind his lower thigh, breaks him down almost like an omoplata.
3. Switch out of ankle grip, then grab his belt, scout out and he falls, and I've got his back.
Been practicing my Back ESC, and was making progress defending chokes, but forgot that they can stretch me out and cracked my back and bruised a rib. Rib still sore. Was thinking about taking a break tomorrow, but I'm really going to train to be mentally tough, and train with an injury. What if I get in a fight? I have to perform with pain. I need to train with pain.
Focus: One top; one bottom.
1. Back ESC.
2. Rey Sweep.
Deep Half Counter/Choke -- Wiener.
