Taps: 641

Taps: 7. Total: 641.

At BeeHouse with lil Bro and my older bro was there, too. Very strange rolling with him. He's a one-stripe Blue, also, because he's been training on and off as long as my lil bro Brown.

Lil Bro went over 3 Basic Mount ESC, focusing the last, saying we have to string them all together, because most people will defend one.

Mount ESC 1 -- Upa.

Mount ESC 2 - Bridge and Elbow ESC.

Mount ESC 3 - Step over.
1. Bridge, get on side. Step over his ankle with my right foot.
2. Trap his ankle, hip out into him, get to Half.

Dealing with DLR, passing. Asked him I was having trouble with peeps grabbing my lead ankle, and stretching me off balance by pushing with their foot on my opposite hip. His advice:
1. Deal with the foot on hip first, press forward, and as he pushes back, grab his foot from under, at the ankle, lift up and step in to clear it.
2. My lead right foot pressures in. My left hand either goes for the Over/Under pass to left side, or Knee cut to right by getting under his head with my right hand and big back step.

Reverse Scissor Sweep. (I saw Sean Roberts vid on this ages ago, but really liked the way lil bro presented it and explained it as an offshoot of regular scissor sweep.) And even if he sprawls to defend, as long as I get his weight on my knee and open my knee up, the Sweep is done.

Here's the Sean Roberts vid.

Another North-South Choke vid, off the diving board. Different details.
