17.30 Sat Breakfast Club 4051 still

Taps: 0. Total: 4051.

Stats. 143 lbs, fat: 11.6%. Both personal bests.

BB Chris ... Tech I ... Standup Guard Pull to Simple Sweep.
 1. Sleeve and collar grip, same side i.e. Left hand sleeve ...so left leg on his hip as I pull Guard (prevents him grabbing my foot).
2. He's still standing, both my feet on his hips, left hand grabs ankle, right foot pushes on hip, left foot hooks and push pull Sweep.

Tech II ... Turtle turnover to Side Control.
 1. Right hand over his back and grip his near gi, one closest to me.
 2. Pull gi as I walk towards his head creating ankle to effortlessly turn him over into Side.

Keep drilling: Cross Sleeve Hip Bump ... tried twice, got it once; Berimbolo.

Review: Octopus Half Back Take ... need to lift his leg up and get my right knee/leg out by shrimping out; Finfou's Half Pass .. kept getting swept to to right, missing something.

No taps!!!??? People are going too easy on me, being nice. Need to go elsewhere for my taps!

At the end, giving Blue Eddie all my SECRETS ... started with my Half Guard (95% Leite, 5% K. Brown) ... 1. Underhook, 2. Get on side, 3. Outside hook, 4. Near hand ... prevent crossface or hide under my hip.
Options: 1. Shuck and come out Back Take; 2. Knee tap pushover sweep; 3. Can't get knee tap or he pushes back - Roll under Sweep the other way (this is good vs. Whizzard, too).

And i showed him more of my Next Level/Different Game BJJ concepts ... kind of like Hidden/Invisible BJJ, but not exactly.

Getting Underhook from Flattened Half ... 1. Head Push Bridge; 2. Giggler Sweep. A whole nother game because they don't know that's the microbattle (battle of Underfoot that you are fighting).

From Side Control Top ... killing the near arm: 1. regular brute pull the arm; 2. Kesa; 3. my hips to turn him on his side, that lifts his elbow off the mat to get my knee under and to kill his arm.

Eddie asked what i like to to from there ... DomBell's Triangle ... Kob and if he tries to push knee away, control wrist, swing my leg over and fall back down and lock in the Triangle.

BB Chris was watching and showed a more efficient Triangle ... falling down halfway, locking it in, keeping hand on my ankle.

Lastly, i showed him my Falling Scissor Sweep ... which he was impressed with. Just a different way of thinking about BJJ and not just techniques but about how to make it work, exploring and making it my own.
